Now I will tell you the procedure that, how you can print a T-Shirt by the screen tshirt printing method. Firstly you should have a computer and a ink jet printer by which you will have to print the designs you have created on your computer. If you know the Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Mostly famous Corel Draw, you may easily create any kind of suitable and worth looking designs. If you don’t know yet the software of designs making, I would like to suggest you, please learn these as soon as possible. These are drastically needed if you want to enter on the tshirt screen printing world.

There is a “Thing” in screen tshirt printing that you should know; and this is called Film Positive”. According to the design by illustrator you have created on your computer, you should make a Film Positive (that I mentioned above) on a paper by printing.

It is the time for you to move your printed film positive to the screen. In this step be cautious about: Film Positive should goes to on contact along with a screen which is coated by emulsion and then expose it to the ultra violet light.

Now clean the screen by water and thus a stencil would be made through which the screen tshirt printing ink will pass.

If you have passed these above steps well, you can start the printing now. To print the t shirt by screen, just align the image on parallel way by your screens and clamps it in the exact place. You can use the micro-registration process for final alignment. And now apply the printing ink on the tshirt you want to print.

Eventually some after-treatment you may have to carry out. Curing is the best after-treatment process for the t-shirt screen printing.
