There are several software are used to make a perfect design along with the adobe Photoshop and Corals Painter. These softwares are used to make extra effect on printing like landscape or shade. In addition to these softwares on other things that you should have to strictly maintain are- the probable behavior of the printing method on the fabric and paper vice versa. Printing the fabric is clearer and well-practiced than the printing on paper. The absorption capability of paper is not same as fabric. That’s why it feels troublesome sometimes to matching the color. Matching the color of printing is totally depending on the fabric consumption, printing printer’s ink, and the digital printing machine.

Pre-requisite condition to be maintained while digital textiles print:

Firstly set a color profile for the particular fabric you will print. Suppose you want to print a fabric digitally with the reactive dyes. So you should take a reactive dyes color combination to say it to the printer. Just input the color ratio and what type of color you want to use. Usually you will get lots of softwere in the market based on the color profile.

You also need a spectrophotometer to scan the colors. The spectrophotometer will analyze the color profile and it will help the computer to match the color that will be used to print the textile. After creating a proper color profile the computer will tell the printer to go the process on digital textile printing. A Raster Image Processor or RIP will communicate between the computer and printer during printing. It is a processor that will help you a lot.

Then the matter of printer is raised. It is mandatory to buy a printer for the big project (Digital Textile Printing) you just have taken. Lots of machines are available in the market but I think Colorspan will be best for your digital printing journey. You have to buy the ink, RIP and fabrics as well. So take some times to research what will be better for you and buy these as these are very costly.
